What Exactly IS QuikPack?
QuikPack is a cutting-edge packaging material designed to revolutionize the way cabinets are packaged and shipped. Quickpack serves as a protective perimeter for cabinets of all sizes and when paired with singlewall corrugated tray protection, brings the best-in-industry protection. Quickpack systems are easily able to package 100 or more cabinets per hour saving time, money, and labor in the packaging process.
The genius of QuikPack lies in its unique layering system. The outer layers are made from a paper-based material, while the inner layer is a non-abrasive liner. This inner layer is strategically placed closer to the cabinet, acting as a cushion that prevents any damage. The corrugated design of the paper layers adds extra strength and flexibility, allowing the packaging to be easily wrapped around cabinets of various shapes and sizes. By using different paper types such as liner and medium in conjunction with our other add-ons, we made a product that is water-resistant where it counts and provides the packaging solution right where its needed.
